Qualification: Marketing Bachelors Degree in any discipline and 2 (Two) years full-time regular PG Degree/ Diploma/ MBA/ MMS in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ International Business.
Age Limit: 35 Years for Deputy Manager
2. Senior Manager: 08 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000 – 1,80,000/-
Qualification: Finance & Accounts Bachelors Degree in any discipline and Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) (erstwhile ICWA).
Age Limit: 40 Years
3. Chief Manager: 10 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.70,000 – 2,00,000/-
Qualification: Finance & Accounts Bachelors Degree in any discipline and Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) (erstwhile ICWA).
Age Limit: 40 Years
4. Deputy General Manager: 08 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000/-
Qualification: 42 Years
Age Limit: Law Bachelors Degree in Law (3 years regular course after graduation or 5 years integrated regular course after [10+2]).
5. General Manager: 02 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-
Qualification: Full time regular Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: 48 Years
