NIT Tiruchirappalli MA (English Language & Literature) Admission 2021: The National Institute of Technology (NIT Tiruchirappalli), Chennai has invited online applications for admission to M.A. Program in English Language and Literature offered in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences for the Session 2021-2022. Interested students can apply through the online and offline mode before 30th April 2021.
NIT Tiruchirappalli MA (English Language & Literature) Admission 2021:
1. M.A. in English Language and Literature
2. M.A. in English Language and Literature is a two-year postgraduate Program. The program is a brand of its own in the country offering a unique blend of courses in Language and Literature.
Eligibility:
a) B.A. in English literature / Language / ELT / Linguistics from any recognized university / College.
b) Candidates who have already passed their qualifying degree examination or who have appeared / are appearing for the final semester / year examination in 2021 are eligible to apply.
c) There is no stipend for the candidates admitted to M.A. (English Language and Literature) programme
Selection Process:
1. Selection will be based on an entrance test conducted by the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli followed by a personal interview.
2. The time, date of entrance test, and interview will be notified in due time.
3. Admit cards will be sent by Email to the eligible candidates well before the date of entrance test and also the eligible candidate’s list for the entrance test will be displayed on the website of NIT Trichy.
Application Fee:
i. The registration fee is Rs.500/- for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC and Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates
ii. The payment should be made only through State Bank i-collect mode. The registration fee is non-refundable
