NHM CHO Exam is scheduled to be held on 27 June 2021.
Steps to download NHM MP Admit Card for CHO Exam 2021:
– Go to official website.
– Click on ‘Recruitment of 2850 Backlog Vacant Posts of Community Health Officers (CHOs) under National Health Mission, MP, Department of Public Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh’
– A new page will open where you are required to click on ‘Admit Card’
– Enter your Application ID/Roll Number and Date of Birth and click on ‘Submit Button’
– Download SAMS CHO Admit Card.
