IIM Sambalpur Ph.D. Program Admission 2021: Indian Institute of Management (IIM Sambalpur), Odisha has invited online applications for the admission to Ph.D. Program offered in various disciplines for the Session 2021.
IIM Sambalpur Ph.D. Program Admission 2021:
1. Ph.D. Program
Eligibility: Any of the following Options may be satisfied-
– Master’s Degree (i.e. Bachelor’s Degree obtained in 10+2+3 pattern, followed by a Master’s Degree)
– Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in any discipline or Integrated (Dual) Degree from IITs/IIMs/Other reputed Universities, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average in the Bachelor’s as well as 60% in the Master’s Degree.
– A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with B. Com Degree, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average in the Professional degree as well as in the B. Com Degree.
– 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering/B. Arch) with at least 6.5 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) or equivalent percent marks.
Age Limit: Candidate must not be more than 40 Years as on June 1st, 2021

Selection Process:
1. Candidates applying for a PhD program are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) or a standard test in lieu of the CAT. CAT 2018, 2019 & 2020 is valid for 2021 PhD Admission at IIM Sambalpur.
2. Alternatively, those who have GRE/GATE/GMAT/JRF (UGC/CSIR) taken during the last two years will be considered valid for 2021 Admission.
3. Standard Test Score is not required if an applicant is PGP Alumni of any IIMs or Institutions/ Universities in NIRF 2020 top 50 Ranking of any two-year full-time PGP program/Integrated Program in Management where such courses are offered with a minimum CGPA of 6.00 and above on a scale of Ten or equivalent. Part-time/evening/weekend/Distance Learning programmes of IIM or Institutions as specified above are NOT considered.
4. Selection will be based on Test Score, Personal Interview, Academic Qualifications, Relevant work experience, Research Aptitude, Publications and Reference Letter.
