- Our company Group FiO India Pvt Ltd is located in T.Nagar, Chennai.
- We are recruiting for the position of a Trainee Developer and will be debuted in our Chennai Office.
- The Initial Training period will be for 1 year which may include training in Java, JavaScript and Web Technologies during which a stipend/ salary will be provided based on the selection process
- On successful completion of one year with our organization, for every individual salary, will be revised based on their experience.
- The amount may vary from candidate to candidate based on the performance of the candidates.
- On joining the company, the candidates will be entering into a contractual agreement for 2 years. On the violation of the bond, the candidate may have to pay the training cost and the loss incurred by the company based on the loss to the company.
- Also based on the performance of the candidates, the candidates showing all-round development will be nominated for travel opportunities at the end of the contractual agreement.
Selection Process:
- First Round – Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Test.
- Second Round – Technical Coding in JAVA (Candidates will be given a task. They need to code and submit with all relevant outputs).
- Third Round – HR Round.
