Course Specialization: MSc (Electronic Science / Physics) with NET or BE/ BTech Electronics Engineering with valid GATE score, MTech/ ME Electronics/ microelectronics/ VLSI with hands-on experience in Cleanroom semiconductor device fabrication and microelectronics circuit design and processing is preferable.
