Chhatisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE)
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) conducts the examinations for Class 10th and Class 12th every year in the month of March. The Board sets the syllabus, exam pattern, exam dates for both Class 10th and Class 12th Board Exams. Each theoretical paper is conducted for 100 marks with 75 marks for theory and 25 marks for the project. CG Board 10th practical exams are held in February.

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has been functioning since 2001. However, the CGBSE conducted its first board examination in the year 2002. If the stats are to be believed, more than 8 lakh students register to appear for the CGBSE Board examinations, every year.
