Qualification: The Admin. Tribunals Act, 1985 was amended by the Finance Act (FA), 2017 (No. 07 of 2017). As per the provisions of Sec. 184 of the Finance Act (FA), 2017; and in pursuance to directions of the Honorable Supreme Court in various judgments, the Central Government has notified Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities Rules, 2020 vide Notification No. GSR 109 (E) dated 12 February 2020. Rule 9 of the said Rules provides that.
