BPSC 31st Bihar Judicial Service Mains Admit Card 2021: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Patna set to conduct the 31st Judicial Services Mains Exam against the advertisement number 04/2020. All those who have qualified for the mains exam will be able to download the 31st Judicial Services Mains Admit Card through its official website.
The BPSC has decided to conduct the exam from 24 to 28 July at Patna. The detailed information in this regard shall be uploaded soon to the official website. Earlier, this exam was to held from 8 to 13 April April 2021 and the commission had uploaded the admit cards on 25 March for recruitment to the various posts of Civil Judge through BPSC Bihar Judicial Services Mains Exam (Civil Judge) 2021 at its official website.
The mains exam will have 5 optional subjects, the candidates need to choose 3 subjects out of Constitution and Administrative Law of India, Hindu Law and Muhammadan Law, Law of Transfer of Property and Principle of Equity, Law of Trust and Specific Relief, Law of Contract and Torts and Commercial Law.
The candidates should note that General Hindi and General English papers are qualifying in nature. Candidates need to obtain at least 30 marks in these papers to qualify for the Mains exam. The marks of these two papers will not be counted for the final merit list.
– General English: 100 marks
– Law of Evidence & Procedure: 150 marks
– Constitutional and Administrative Law of India: 150 marks
– Hindu Law & Muhammadan Law: 150 marks
– Law of Transfer of Property, Principles of Equality and Law of Trusts and Specific Relief: 150 marks
– Commercial Law: 150 marks
– General Knowledge including current affairs: 150 marks
– Elementary General Science: 100 marks
– General Hindi: 100 marks
All those who will qualify in the mains exam will be called for the interview round, which carries 100 marks. Candidates need to score minimum of 35% marks in the interview to make it to the Merit List.
