AIIMS Bhubaneswar Ph.D. Program Admission 2021: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Bhubaneswar), Odisha has invited online applications for admission to Doctoral of Philosophy (PhD) Program in various disciplines for Session 2021. Interested candidates can apply through the online and offline mode before 23rd February 2021.
AIIMS Bhubaneswar Ph.D. Program Admission 2021:
1. Ph.D. Program
Eligibility: MBBS/BDS with minimum 55% aggregate marks or MD/MS/MDS/DM/M.Ch in the subject concerned or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) of Examination will be considered eligible for admission.
Non-Medical qualification – For non-medical candidates, eligibility shall be a Master’s Degree (two years course) awarded by Indian Universities or equivalent in the subject as per the requirement of the project. Candidates holding M.Sc. in a subject allied to Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences (Other than M.Sc. Nursing) M.Tech. The degree will be eligible for the Non-Medical Qualification Category.

Selection Process: Applications will be screened for eligibility as per the Institute guideline. The names of the short-listed candidates along with the date and time for the personal interview will be displayed on the AIIMS Bhubaneswar website. The list of Ph.D. guides (who have a vacancy for Ph.D. students in their laboratory) would be given to shortlisted candidates. The final selection would be based on the performance in the interview. The selected candidates, who have passed the JRF examination conducted by CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/AYUSH/DST-Inspire can avail of fellowship as per the rules of the respective funding agency. No institute fellowship is available at this stage.
