Chandigarh Administration Clerk & Steno Typist Hall Ticket 2019: Department of Personnel, Chandigarh Administration has recently released the admit card of written test for Clerk & Steno-Typist (English) Positions 2019. Candidates who have applied for Chandigarh Administration Clerk & Steno-Typist Posts would be able to download their admit card from official website.
Exam Pattern: Chandigarh Administration Written Test will be conducted in English Medium only. There will two paper of 200 marks (100 marks each of 2 hours duration). Each question will carry 1 mark. There will be no negative marking. First paper will be conducted in the morning session (10.00 AM TO 12.00 NOON) and questions will be framed from English (Upto 12th level, 40 marks), General Knowledge (40 marks) and Computer Proficiency Test (20 marks). Paper 2 will be held in the evening session (02.00 PM TO 04.00 PM) and questions will be from Mathematics (upto 10th level, 40 marks), Statistics (upto 10th level, 30 marks) and Reasoning Verbal & Non-verbal (30 marks). Candidates should score at least 40% marks in each paper i.e. 40 out of 100 in order to qualify the test. A merit list will be prepared of shortlisted candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the written test. Afterwards, the candidates will be called for Typing Test and Stenography Test for the posts of Clerks and Steno Typists respectively equal to 10 times of number of vacancies i.e. in the ratio of 1:10 in first batch.
Chandigarh Administration shall upload the question paper & the answer Key of each written test on its website on the next day of the examination. Candidates can submit objections, if any, within 3 days through website with proof. Thereafter objections will be referred to experts and key will be finalized for preparation of result, which will also be uploaded on the website.
Chandigarh Administration Clerk exam and Chandigarh Administration Steno Admit Card are being conducted for filling up 356 posts of Clerk and 48 Posts of Steno-Typist (English) under the Chandigarh Administration Group ‘C’ (Clerk and Steno-Typist) (Common Cadre).
