Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in discussions on New Development, Enhancements and conduct System Analysis and study.
# Gather user requirements for enhancements and customizations and demonstrate the ability to analyze user requirements. - Understand and Translate user requirements to agreed product solution.
- Prepare comprehensive test plans.
- Perform Unit & Integration testing and Coordinate UAT & rollout enhancements.
- Deliver the programs, according to the requirements within given timelines.
- Deliver proper and concise documentation of developments (Simple User Guide, Program Specs & Test Plan).
- Acquire/learn new technical knowledge of Java and suggest improvements in work.
- Demonstrate analytical capacity by identifying the root cause of the problems and offer alternative solutions to meet functional requirements.
- Coordinate with Support Team in troubleshooting the issues highlighted by Users.
- Revert findings/workarounds in reasonable turnaround time to assist the support team in their investigation.
- Strive for defect-free deliveries – to minimize all post-release bugs.
- Proper release instructions and notes to Release Team.
