National Institute of Technology (NIT Warangal), Telangana has invited online applications for the recruitment of Executive Engineer, Technical Officer, and Other Positions 2025. Selection will be done on the basis of test/interview and shortlisted candidates will be appointed at Telangana.
NIT Warangal Executive Engineer & Technical Officer Vacancies 2025:
1. Principal Scientific/ Technical Officer
Qualification: BE / B.Tech. or M.Sc./ MCA Degree in relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistently excellent academic record.
Pay Scale: INR 44900-144200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
2. Principal Students Activity and Sports (SAS) Officer
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 60% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute.
Pay Scale: INR 44900-144200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
3. Senior Scientific/ Technical Officer (Deputation ISTC)
Qualification: Possessing B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in relevant field or MCA Degree with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale) and consistently excellent academic record.
Pay Scale: INR 44900-144200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
4. Executive Engineer (Civil)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech. in Civil with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute.

5. Assistant Registrar (Deputation ISTC)
Qualification: Possessing Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute
Pay Scale: INR 44900-144200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
6. Assistant Engineer (Deputation ISTC)
Qualification: Possessing First Class B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute OR First Class Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record.
Pay Scale: INR 44900-144200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
Application Fee: In case of UR/OBC/ EWS candidates, non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- for Group ‘A’ posts (posts at S. No. 1 to 5) and Rs. 500/- for the Group ‘B’ post (at S. No. 6) is payable through the online recruitment portal.
