1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 01 Post
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Salary: Rs. 37,000 + 18% HRA (for JRF); Rs. 42,000 + 18% HRA (for SRF) per month
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 01 Post
Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or related Specializations and minimum two (02) years of relevant experience.
Salary: Rs. 37,000 + 18% HRA (for JRF); Rs. 42,000 + 18% HRA (for SRF) per month
