The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), New Delhi has invited online applications for the recruitment of Joint Director and Assistant Director Positions 2025. Selection will be done on the basis of test/interview and shortlisted candidates will be appointed at Delhi.
ISTM Joint & Assistant Director Vacancies 2025:
1. Joint Director (Management Services): 01 Post
Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree of a recognised University; and (ii) Ten years’ experience including two years teaching experience of technique and methods in the area of management service in Administrative Training Institute, Central Training Institute, university or college.
Pay Scale: INR 47600-209200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
2. Assistant Director (English Shorthand & Typing): 01 Post
Qualification: (i) Degree of recognised University; and (ii) Must have successfully completed a course under the Re-training scheme for Desk officer or a course for training Upper or Lower Division Clerk in Stenography (Covering theory as well Practical).
Pay Scale: INR 47600-209200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years
