1. Specialist Officer (SO)
a. Deputy Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field. Preferred: Master Degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.

Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
b. AVP
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science information technology or related field. Preferred: Master Degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.

c. Assistant Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Preferred: Post-Graduation Degree / MBA / PGDM Certifications: Certification in MSME Finance or Credit-related programs (e.g. IIBF, NISM, etc.). For more details, please refer to official notification.

Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
Selection Process: Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other selection method.
