NIT Patna Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Vacancy 2025:
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 01 Post
Qualification: Master degree (M.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering discipline with at least 55% and valid NET/GATE score with preferable specialization in Wireless Communication. Candidates with B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, are also eligible to apply.
Fellowship: JRF @ Rs. 37,000/- per month + 18% HRA as per condition applied for the first two years. SRF @ Rs. 42,000/- per month + 18% HRA as per condition applied for the third year.
Age Limit: Maximum Age 42 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
