WB Police has announced the result of the preliminary examination for the post of Constable on its official website.
Shortlisted candidates will now have to appear for Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Measurement Test (PET). The physical standards (height and weight) will be tested by using Electronic Machines. Candidates who qualify in PMT will take part in PET which consists of 1600 (Sixteen hundred) meters run within 06 (six) minutes 30 (thirty) seconds.
