A. Master Degree Programmes (Full Time):
Architecture With Specializations in Sustainable Architecture, Landscape architecture, Architectural conservation
Master of Building Engineering and Management
Planning With Specializations in Environmental Planning And Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Transportation & Infrastructure Planning
Eligibility:
For Master Programmes: For Sustainable Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Architectural Conservation Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Master of Building Engineering and Management Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or B.E or B.Tech (Civil Engineering / Building & Construction Technology /Construction Engineering & Management / Construction Technology & Management) from a recognized university. For Environmental Planning and Management & ) Urban and Regional Planning Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture or B.E (Civil Engineering) or B.Tech Civil Engineering / Planning or Master’s Degree in Geography / Economics / Sociology from a recognized university. For Transportation & Infrastructure Planning Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture or B.E or B.Tech Civil Engineering / Planning or Master’s Degree in Economics / Statistics / Operations Research from a recognized university.
B. Doctoral Programmes (Full Time)
For Doctoral Programmes: Full time PhD Programme for candidates having valid GATE/JRF/CEED score, any other institutional scholarship / sponsorship including ICCR and self financed (OCI & PIO) foreign scholars with self financing or ICCR sponsored or bilateral fellowships are also encouraged to apply for PhD. The applicant must have Master degree in Planning/Architecture in appropriate discipline with a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of General/OBC/EWS candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST/PH candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in the qualifying degree will be applicable.

How to Apply: The application form should be downloaded from the website https://www.spav.ac.in/. The duly filled in application form along with the self attested copies of marks sheets of 12th standard, qualifying examination, valid GATE/JRF/CEED score card, Birth & Caste Certificate, Professional Certificate, Certificate for extracurricular and co-curricular activities and online fee receipt should be sent to SPA Vijayawada by post/courier in person on or before March 6, 2020 by 05.00 PM. Applicants awaiting for final results should submit a certificate issued by their institute certifying the ‘appearance in final examination’ and ‘percentage of marks scored till pre-final semester’.
