Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd, (RINL), Visakhapatnam invites online application for the positions of Management Trainees (Human Resource & Marketing) Recruitment 2019.

RINL MT Jobs 2019:

1. Management Trainees (Human Resource – HR): 06 Posts (UR-3, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-1)
Age: 27 years as on 01/03/2019, Relaxation as per rule for reserved category candidates.
Pay Scale: During the training period, the candidates will be given the pay scale of ₹ 20600-3%-46500. On successful completion of training, they may be placed in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of ₹ 24900-3%-50500/-.

2. Management Trainees (Marketing): 04 Posts (UR-2, OBC-1, SC-1)
Age: 27 years as on 01/03/2019, Relaxation as per rule for reserved category candidates.
Pay Scale: During the training period, the candidates will be given the pay scale of ₹ 20600-3%-46500. On successful completion of training, they may be placed in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of ₹ 24900-3%-50500/-.

MT (HR/Marketing) Selection by UGC-NET June-2019: The eligible candidates desirous to apply for the post of MT (HR / Marketing) in RINL are required to appear for UGC-NET June-2019 in the relevant discipline (Code 55 for MT (HR) and Code 17 for MT (Marketing). The candidates qualified in UGC-NET of June-2019 only will be considered. Please visit for details of UGC-NET June-2019 being conducted by NTA for all the details and apply online on or before last date 31/03/2019 only.

Application Fee: Application fee of Rs. 500/- plus GST @18% to be paid online. No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
