Nalanda University PG & Ph.D. Program Admission 2021: Nalanda University, Rajgir has invited online applications for admission to Masters, MBA, PhD, Diploma and Certificate Program for the Session 2021-22. Interested students can apply through the online and offline mode before 30th March 2021.
Nalanda University PG & Ph.D. Program Admission 2021:
1. MBA in Sustainable Development and Management in the School of Management Studies
2. Master’s and PhD in Historical Studies
3. Master’s and PhD in Ecology and Environment Studies
4. Master’s and PhD in Buddhist Studies, Philosophy and Comparative Religion
5. Diploma and Certificate Programs in Languages
Eligibility:
A. Indian and International Students
– For Master’s Program: A minimum criteria for Indian and International students is 55% or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) in Under Graduate Degree from any stream i.e. Humanities/Sciences/Engineering/Management/Law etc. The international applicants shall present the score of any one of the following English Language Tests/ or proof of knowledge of English.
– For MBA Program: A minimum criteria for Indian and International students is 55% or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) in Under Graduate Degree from any stream i.e. Humanities/Sciences/Engineering/Management/Law etc.
– For PhD Program: Applicants should have a Master’s degree with at least 65% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA), preferably with dissertation at Masters’ level or M.Phil. Degree with 65% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).
B. PhD Program Employed Applicants (Part-time)
– Applicants should have a Master’s degree with at least 65% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA), preferably with dissertation at Masters’ level or M.Phil. Degree with 60% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).
– Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience.
– Applicant to submit a Letter of Self Introduction, and 2 Letters of Recommendation/ References.
– Applicant to submit a Statement of Purpose (SoP) (The SoP should clearly state the reason for opting the course/program and choosing Nalanda University)
– International applicants have to submit language proficiency proof.
C. For PG Diploma
– A minimum of three years Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) in the relevant language or degree in any subject with demonstrated evidence of linguistic proficiency equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree.
– The University requires all applicants to demonstrate competence in the English language.
Selection Process: The candidate has to appear in the interview through video conferencing using Skype as per the schedule intimated to the candidate. Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview in person or through video conferencing as per the intimated schedule. Selection will be purely on merit.
