1. Lab Technician Gr II: 01 Vacancy
Qualification: DMLT/B.Sc. MLT or equivalent.

2. Pharmacist Gr II: 01 Vacancy
Qualification: 12th with Science. Diploma Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy.

Pay Scale: Rs.28000
3. ANM or MPHA (Female): 01 Vacancy
Qualification: SSC or equivalent. Passed either an 18/24 months MPHA(F) Course or 2 years Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Course Should not have completed.
Age Limit: 42 years as on 1st Dec 2021
Pay Scale: Rs.15000
4. Data Entry Operator (DEO): 01 Vacancy
Qualification: Bachelor Degree.
Age Limit: Should not have completed 42 years as on 1st Dec 2021

5. Operation Theatre Assistant: 02 Vacancies
Qualification: SSC or its equivalent. Passed Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management Technician (DMST) Course.

Qualification: 10th passed or its equivalent.
