A&N Administration Recruitment of Civil Defence Volunteer 2021: Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Port Blair has invited online applications for the recruitment of Civil Defence Volunteer Positions 2021. Interested candidates can appear for walk-in-interview to be held on 14th, 15th and 16th July 2021. Walk-in-interview for enrolment as Civil Defence Volunteers for COVID duty in Nicobar District possessing the requisite qualification and experience etc to as first responders in case of disaster situation or hostile enemy attacks in the Nicobar District as detailed here in under.
1. Civil Defence Volunteer: 30 Vacancies
Qualification: Should have passed at least Class 10th Standard. Should have worked at any organization/Govt./Private Institution with an experience of preferably more than one year. Those having Para Medical staffs/Para Military/Home Guard experience will be preferred.
Age Limit: Should be below the age of 40 Years.
Selection Process: Selection will be based either Written Exam/Interview.
Police Verification: Applicants, who are found otherwise fit, will be eligible for enrolment as Civil Defence Volunteers after verification of his characters and antecedents by police. Anyone with criminal background and doubtful integrity would not be enrolled as a member of this organization under any circumstance. The police verification process will be carried out by the respective Deputy Controller/SDM of the Sub-division, however, in case of any charges levied by the police authority, shall be borne by the applicant.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can appear for walk-in-interview to be held on 14th, 15th and 16th July 2021. The interview will be held on 14 July/15 July/17 July 2021 at 09:30 AM in the chamber of respective Assistant Commissioner of Car Nicobar/Nan cowry and Campbell Bay under the overall supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, Nicobar. Bio-data and documents of educational qualification will be verified on the date of interview.
