AAU Project Associate/Field Worker Vacancies 2020: Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Johrat has invited online applications for the recruitment of Senior Project Associate, Project Associate, Field Worker and JRF Positions 2020. DBT funded project “Mainstreaming rice landraces diversity in varietal development through genomic prediction: A model for large-scale utilization of gene bank collections of rice” invites applications for filling up a post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
AAU Project Associate/Field Worker Vacancies 2020:
1. Senior Project Associate: 01 Post
Qualification: Master Degree in Agricultural Science/Biotechnology from a recognized university or equivalent with Four Year Experience in Research and Development in industrial or academic institution or Science and Technology organizations and scientific activities and services or Doctoral degree in Agricultural Science from recognized university or equivalent.
2. Project Associate-I: 01 Vacancy
Qualification: Master Degree in Agricultural Science/Biotechnology from a recognized university or equivalent (Preference will be given to Plant Breeding and Genetics/Biotechnology).
3. Field Worker: 02 Vacancies
Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline with experience in rice breeding activities or Graduate Degree in any discipline with experience in molecular marker laboratory work.
4. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 01 Vacancy
Qualification: Master Degree in Life Science or Agriculture/Biotechnology (Preference will be given to Plant Breeding and Genetics/ Plant Pathology/ Biotechnology) from a recognized university or equivalent.
