CMD Kerala Office Attendant, Site Engineer & Other Vacancies 2025:
1. Urban Designers: 04 Posts
Qualification: B. Arch with Masters in Urban Design/Planning from a reputed institution.
Salary: Rs.60,000/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
2. Architects: 02 Posts
Qualification: B. Arch with exposure to Graphic Visualization with proficiency in 2D,3D modelling and BIM Software.
Salary: Rs.46,230/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
3. Project Executive: 02 Posts
Qualification: B. Tech with MBA from a reputed Institution.
Salary: Rs.35,000/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
4. Project Engineer (Civil): 02 Posts
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution. Candidate shall be well versed in preparation of estimates in PRICE.
Salary: Rs.35,000/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
5. Project Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical): 01 Post
Qualification: Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institution. Candidate shall be well versed in preparation of estimates in PRICE.
Salary: Rs.35,000/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
6. Site Engineer: 04 Posts
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution. Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Salary: Rs.30,000/-
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025): Maximum Age 36 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
7. Office Attendant Cum Driver: 02 Posts
Qualification: SSLC and Must have a valid Drivers Badge.
Salary: Rs.21,070/-
