M.Sc (Master of Science): Anthropology, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Electronics and Communication Technology, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Instrumentation, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Statistics, Zoology

M.Com, MLISc (Master of Library and Information Science), Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma Courses in French and Russian, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights and Conflict Resolution (6 months), Post Graduate Certificate Course in Disabilities Studies (6 months)

Entrance Test: There will be entrance test for all the candidates seeking admission in Biotechnology, Computer Science/Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Technology, Environmental Science, Instrumentation, Library and Information Science, Linguistics and ELT, Mass Communication, Psychology and Sociology respectively.

Application form with the prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs 300/- (Rs three hundred only) from Gauhati University Publication Department (GUPD) and GU Information Center, WUS Building, Ambari, Guwahati-1.

Request by post must be accompanied by self-addressed envelope of 25cmx31cm size with postage stamp of Rs 35/- (Rs thirty five) only along with a bank draft of Rs 300/- only.
