Job Description
- Call Handling (Inbound & outbound).
- Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly.
- Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures.
- To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds.
- Adherence to Company standards.
Education & Background:
- Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience.
- Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Should be willing to work in shifts
