Associate Trainee

• Training for one year in design/ development/ implementation of JAVA based software products.
• A stipend of Rs 7500/- per month shall be paid to the trainees.
• Salary fixation on termination of training will be based on performance during the training period.
• Position open to FRESHERS/ candidates with up to one year experience in software companies.

Desired Profile :

• FRESHERS with MCA/ B.Tech (computers) or Equivalent qualifications,  with 4 – 6 months training / experience in JAVA.(Proof of qualification & experience to be attached with the Resume).
• Good communication skills in English (both oral & written).
• Willing to serve the company for a minimum of two years on completion of training.
• Preferably NCR based (Outstation candidate are not entitled to reimbursement of any type of expenses).
• Terms of engagement (one year as a Trainee followed by two years as an employee) are not negotiable.

Selection Process:

1. Candidates to carry their resumes with proof of (I) qualification (II)  marks sheet (III) 4 – 6 months program/ course/ project  on JAVA. and two copies of passport size photographs. (Resumes sent by e-mail or through Naukri.com will not be considered).
2. Shortlisting of top 120 candidates based on % marks. Only those with proof of qualification/ experience in JAVA will be considered.
3. Written Test in JAVA for shortlisted candidates.
4. Technical interviews for those who qualify in written test.
5. H R round for candidates finally shortlisted.
6. Selected candidates will be required to join FORTHWITH.
