Eligibility: Passed Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology plus Botany) taken together.

Application forms from the office of the director (PMT-cell) institute of medical sciences, BHU, Varanasi-221005 can be obtained by post only and not in person up to 27th February, 2012
