IDBI Bank has announced the recruitment for 300 Executives & 850 Assistant Managers. Since, no previous experience is expected for these posts,freshers are also eligible to apply. We have provided detailed information on the job,exam pattern & books, which would be helpful for applying candidates.

Position & Eligibility :
1. Executive (on contract) : Graduate(any degree) from a recognized university.
Max. age : not more than 25yrs

2. Asst. Managers : 1st class Graduate(any degree) with 60% marks aggregate.
Max.age : not more than 28 yrs
Candidates applying for above posts, must have good knowledge of computers.

Selection : The eligible candidates will be called for Written Test(objective) & based on the results,they will proceed for Interview. The written test for both the Executives will be on December 13 2009 & for Asst. Managers on December 27 2009. The Written Test for Executives will have 3 sections -
1) Test of Reasoning
2) Test of English Language &
3) Test of Quantitative Aptitude.

Written Test for Asst.Managers will have 4 sections -
1) Test of Reasoning
2) Test of English Language
3) Test of Quantitative Aptitude &
4) Test of General and Financial Awareness.

Books : The reference books for each section has been provided below.These books can also be Purchased online(cash payment can be made on delivery) or at a local store near you.
